Knox will honor returns or exchanges of Products and Equipment within ninety (90) days of the purchase date, provided the Products or Equipment have not been used, installed, or modified. Products that have been used, installed, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange.
All Knox key boxes, vaults, and cabinets must be returned in their original shipping carton and with all original packaging materials. Returns that are not properly packaged may be subject to damage and denied refund.
Prior to shipping any Product for return or exchange, a Return Authorization Number (RMA-KA#) is required. To obtain an authorization number, please contact Customer Service at:
All approved returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking charges are as follows:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Knox is not responsible for Products that are lost or damaged in transit. Knox strongly recommends using a traceable shipping method and retaining proof of delivery.
All returned Products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Knox reserves the right to deny a return if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, or not in original condition.
